Do we need FORS Bronze before applying for Silver or Gold?
Yes. FORS Bronze is the foundational requirement. You must achieve Bronze accreditation before applying for Silver, and hold Silver before progressing to Gold.
Can LDP write all of our FORS policies for us?
We help prepare and refine tailored policies, but they must reflect your actual working practices. The operator remains responsible for implementing policies and generating daily evidence.c
When should we start our annual FORS re-approval work?
We recommend starting at least 2–3 months before your expiry date. This allows ample time to collect 12 months of historical evidence, complete required driver training, and resolve any gaps.
Does LDP guarantee that we will pass our FORS audit?
No consultant can guarantee an audit outcome. LDP provides expert preparation and independent verification, but formal accreditation decisions rest solely with FORS assessors.
What happens if operational evidence is missing?
We identify missing evidence during our initial gap review and provide a prioritized action plan to help you generate and capture the required data before submission.
